I am a triathlete, photographer, lover of life, post partum survivor, inspired by others, over sharer, lover of all things primal/paleo, addicted to coffee, have a love of books, goofball, christian, a singer, wannabe writer, dancer, lover of red wine, seeker of knowledge, friend to everyone, mistake maker, simply trying to find my way and myself in this crazy crazy world. I have been through plenty of things in my life but I cannot pinpoint one thing that has defined me. Everything that I have been through has made its impact and that is why I feel that we are truly a sum of our experiences. I do not have a focus for this blog other than sharing my experiences with others who care(or don't care). So, please don't be offended by my randomness because that is kinda how I roll :)
