The twins were treated to a very special day on their birthday. In the morning, Avery gave them their gifts from her: Chipmunks. Bennett wanted Theodore and Bria wanted Simon. I determined this previously by asking which Chipmunk they liked the best. I find it hilarious that none of them, not even Avery wanted Alvin.

We went to Taco Bell for lunch. B & B really love taco's, nacho's and cinna-twists. Avery loves reaping the benefits of the birthday lunch.

We zoomed to the Mall of America to meet my mom. We took the kids on rides, ate some ice cream and most special of all, the kids got their face painted. Grandma started this "tradition" last year for Avery's birthday and she really enjoys giving this as a gift. Bria immediately chose Ariel...only she specified that she have pink hair! Bennett chose the Spiderman face mask. Everyone we walked by in the mall really enjoyed seeing the face painting.

When daddy got home from work we went out to Tommy's Malt shop for burgers, fries and malts. It was a perfect end to their special day!
